Exchanges and Returns

Thank you for shopping with us. We do hope you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to exchange or return your order, we are here to help.  

 

Exchanges

  • We provide free exchanges for different sizes of the same item (to avoid disappointment, please check the size guide here before confirming the order).

  • Items must be unworn with tags attached and in original packaging.

  • Please email us at hello@violetbee.co.uk with the order number, the item that you would like to exchange and the new size that you would like us to send.

  • The exchange will be processed within 14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date we received your returned items.

  • Please keep your receipt as proof of sending when returning your order until you have received your new item.

 

Returns

  • Returns can be made within 14 days upon receipt of your order.

  • Items must be unworn with tags attached and in original packaging.

  • Please email hello@violetbee.co.uk to inform a member of our team of your order number and the item number that you wish to return.

  • The exchange or refund will be processed within 14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date we received your returned items.

  • Please keep your receipt as proof of sending when returning your order until you have received your refund.

  • Once we have completed your return, we will email you letting you know that we have carried out a refund.

  • All refunds are via the original method of payment. It typically takes 3 – 5 working days from the date we make the refund for it to appear on your credit/debit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
